Public consultation events were held at the Yoxford Village Hall in September 2022 and June 2023. The proposals relate to Cockfield Hall and the wider landscape, the Griffin public house, the Manor House, and the former Darsham Nurseries site. An additional event was held in May 2024 to specifically discuss the proposed lakes. We presented an updated hydraulic modelling report and flood risk assessment, which were submitted in summer 2024, with flood risk engineers on hand to discuss the alleviation works.
We expect the current applications to be heard collectively by East Suffolk Council Planning Committee North.
